Even in the quiet + darkness, there’s space to set intentions, move gently, and recharge — whether that looks like sunset yoga, a grounding meditation, or simply choosing rest without guilt. This week is about honoring the pause, letting go of what you don’t want to carry forward, and planting seeds for the season ahead 🌙🌱

Looking for an easy, feel-good way to move your body after work? Every Tuesday from January through March, Esplanade is hosting a complimentary standing flow yoga class set against a glowing Phoenix sunset — and yes, there’s a free mocktail after 🥂.

This class is perfect for beginners or anyone who’s been thinking about trying yoga but hasn’t taken the leap yet. Expect gentle, energizing movement, welcoming vibes, and zero pressure — just show up, breathe, and move how your body allows.
